8/23/2025 Message

I hope everyone had a great week. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for the cooler and wetter weather the weatherman promises is coming our way this coming week.

Land purchase update

Last Sunday, by a vote of approximately 84-85% (the slightly higher number is due to a few votes that were inadvertently left out of the count last week), we voted to purchase the land on N. Kelly and Coffee Creek. Tomorrow, the Executive Team will give an important status report on how our loan application is progressing!
We have been able to rent a local HOA swimming pool located in Edmond where we can have a baptismal service. So, on Sept 7, we will celebrate as several of our folks make their public profession of faith by baptism. This will be a great time, so circle your calendar and make plans to attend! More info to follow. If you would like to be included in this baptism, please submit the form at this link (so we can ensure the correct spelling of your names on your baptism certificate). As always, if you have any questions about your salvation, please don't hesitate to call me at 405-650-2250.

Crossroads Clinic annual walk for life

As hard as it is to believe, a year has passed since last year’s Crossroads Clinic’s Annual Walk for Life fundraiser. The next walk is scheduled for Saturday, Sept 20, at Mineral Wells Park in Guthrie. So, let’s step up and out for the unborn and support Crossroads in their vital ministry. See Amy Bachelor or visit https://ccwalkforlife.com/ for more information.

Tomorrow at LifePoint

  • Pastor’s/BRR Class, 10:00 am – we will wrap up our study of the amazing Mr. Mystery – Melchizedek. This study has been amazing, and you won’t want to miss this final installment. If you’ve missed any of the other parts of this lesson over the past few weeks, you can go to our website at Lbcok.com and catch up.

  • Worship/Preaching Service, 11:00 am – we have an incredible worship service planned for tomorrow, and even though we’re in the midst of the message series, “Almost Christians,” I need to take a step away from that series to share a special message the Lord has placed on my heart. It’ll be great!!

I’m looking forward to seeing all of you tomorrow,

Dan Fisher
