I hope everyone had a great week. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for the cooler and wetter weather the weatherman promises is coming our way this coming week.

Land purchase update

Last Sunday, by a vote of approximately 84-85% (the slightly higher number is due to a few votes that were inadvertently left out of the count last week), we voted to purchase the land on N. Kelly and Coffee Creek. Tomorrow, the Executive Team will give an important status report on how our loan application is progressing!

We have been able to rent a local HOA swimming pool located in Edmond where we can have a baptismal service. So, on Sept 7, we will celebrate as several of our folks make their public profession of faith by baptism. This will be a great time, so circle your calendar and make plans to attend! Crossroads Clinic annual walk for life

As hard as it is to believe, a year has passed since last year’s Crossroads Clinic’s Annual Walk for Life fundraiser. The next walk is scheduled for Saturday, Sept 20, at Mineral Wells Park in Guthrie. So, let’s step up and out for the unborn and support Crossroads in their vital ministry.
