Prayer needs

Although I know there are many who need our prayer, please remember the following (and others I didn’t list):

• Bob and LaWanda O’Day - LaWanda had to have hip surgery last Saturday
• John and Cheryl Williams - John is still in the rehab hospital but is making good progress and should go home next Thursday
• Cheryle Conser - still battling with a torn ankle tendon
• Paul Kelly - still recovering from his physical challenges
• Peggy Burress - she is doing much better but still facing physical issues
• Robin Ross - still battling back pain and other challenges

Tomorrow at LifePoint

• Pastor’s/BRR Class, 10 am - we will complete our study on the Archangel Michael’s battle with Satan over Moses’ body and will then answer a question asked last week: “Can evil stand in God’s presence?” If you missed last Sunday or simply want to review the previous lesson, you will find the link here.
  
  
• Worship/Preaching Service, 11 am - we got off to a great start last week with our new message series, “Saved.” This series will cover subjects like election, eternal security, ending life by suicide, and eternal conscious torment vs. annihilation. Tomorrow, we will examine part 2 of our discussion on the election entitled, “How Calvinists misinterpret the subject of God’s sovereignty.” By teaching “meticulous divine determinism,” Calvinists claim God controls every single thing that happens and essentially nullify individual will. Is this what Scripture teaches? Come join us in this revealing study!
