I hope everyone had a great week. Special thanks to all who showed up this morning at our new property to begin the process of clearing around the trees. The goal is to clear out the undergrowth around the tree boundary. We had a great group and got a good deal accomplished this morning. It will take several workdays to get it done, but it’s already looking much better thanks to the work done today. A special thanks to Don and Julie Workman for organizing the effort.

Special offering for auditorium expansion coming soon

Now that we have purchased our facility on 1100 N. Eastern, it’s time to begin raising the funds necessary to expand the auditorium so we can move in as soon as possible.

We have scheduled a special offering for Sunday, August 9. Our architect says he can have a few preliminary drawings finished so we can see what the auditorium expansion will look like.

I cannot state too strongly how important it is that we raise as much as possible so construction can move forward without a pause until it is completed. Please be praying about what God would have you give. Together, and with God’s blessing, we can do amazing things!

Reaching Souls International

RSI is a ministry LifePoint supports each month because they do such an incredible job of training nationals to be home missionaries to their own country/culture. It is because of their wonderful strategy and work that we wholeheartedly endorse their efforts.

Tomorrow at LifePoint

Pastor's/BRR Class, 10 am - we will continue our verse-by-verse study of the Book of Revelation with part 5: “What Jesus looked like at age 95.” Come join us in this incredibly timely study.
Worship/Preaching Service, 11 am - last week we began a discussion concerning what Scripture teaches about Israel and why their role in God’s plan is so central. You responded overwhelmingly to that message entitled, “Why Israel?” Sadly, many today are making the mistake of conflating “political” Israel with “spiritual” Israel. However, the two are not necessarily the same. It is crucial to understanding God’s plan for mankind that we understand (as we discussed in great detail last week) that God sovereignly chose Abraham and his descendants as His holy conduit through which He “passed” salvation and grace to the whole world. Unfortunately, today there is a growing antisemitic “spirit” sweeping across the American church, which is pulling many former pro-Israel conservatives into its current. Ironically, even though Scripture is clear about God’s historic and future plans for Israel, more and more Christians are rejecting God’s Word and are becoming increasingly filled with hatred toward Israel. I believe this is from the lack of solid preaching/teaching on the subject and is ultimately being orchestrated by none other than Satan himself. Tragically, things will likely get worse before they get better. The implications are enormous. We could actually be witnessing the final setup for the Great Tribulation and the Beast. To discuss this critical subject even further, tomorrow I will preach a message entitled, “Why hate Israel?” – a follow-up to last week’s message. You won’t want to miss it. We have scheduled a date this summer for a baptismal service after church, much like what we did last summer! Mark your calendars for 2 PM, Sunday, August 30, 2026! Ladies, the LifePoint Women’s Bible Study Kick-Off/Sign-Up is fast approaching. Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 1, 2026, 10:00 am -12:00 pm (Doors open at 9:30).
