Let me give you a quick update on Pam. If you haven’t heard, we learned this week that she will not need surgery. PTL!!!! Although she is still in pain, the pain is not as intense as it was. The orthopedist said it would take a couple of weeks for the pain to subside. We appreciate your prayers, and Pam wanted to express her special thanks for all the cards and gifts. You guys are the greatest!
Town Hall Meeting tomorrow
Tomorrow morning at 10:00 am at the beginning of the Pastor’s Class, we’ll have a quick update on the 9.8 acres located on Air Depot we discussed last week. We’ll bring you up to speed with all that we know. And then, we’ll decide if or when we want to call an official business meeting to decide whether or not we think we are ready to purchase land.
Tomorrow morning at LifePoint
Pastor’s/BRR Class, 10:00 am – as stated above, we’ll take the first 10-15 min of the class for a quick town hall to quickly discuss the acreage located on Air Depot. After the town hall, we will continue our Biblical Types series with part 12 entitled, “Perfectly Framed.” This lesson will be a continuation of the last section of the types series, where we are discussing the amazing prophetic/spiritual lessons we learn from studying the Tabernacle. Come join us as God’s Word reveals incredible truths bound up in His dealings with the Jewish people some 3500 years ago, and how that impacts us today.
Worship/Preaching service, 11:00 am – I will be preaching a message taken from Erwin’s recent book, The Eclipse of God. I referred to this timely work on June 8, and tomorrow’s message will drill deeper into the sad and deceptive attempt of our culture (and even some in the church) to replace the biblical understanding of God with a new, more sophisticated view. You won’t want to miss this message.
As always, I look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow,
