It’s finally here – our first Sunday morning worship gathering. And what better day than Resurrection Sunday!
This Sunday, Mar 31, we will be gathering for our last time at the Will Rogers Center, 3400 NW 36th St, OKC . This will be a historic time for us, not only because it is our first Sunday morning gathering, but because it will also be the first time we celebrate the Lord’s Supper together as a fellowship. Here’s how this Sunday will look:
Town Hall meeting: as you can see from the schedule above, we will have a short town hall meeting immediately after the service this Sunday to determine if we are ready to officially organize as a church. I have suggested we adopt the name “LifePoint Bible Church” so that will be the name we will be considering.
Next week, on April 7, we will take another huge step as a fellowship when we begin meeting on the UCO campus in Edmond in the Nigh Building. As you enter from 2nd Street, the Nigh Building will be directly in front of you. Drive north and curve slightly to the right and you will see two parking lots to your left, immediately to the east (right) of the Nigh Building (see map below). Those lots will be available at no charge as parking is free at UCO on Sundays. Enter the Nigh Building on the east side under the drive-through portico and turn to the left and follow the hallway all the way down to Constitution Hall. Our doorway staff will be there to help you find your way. Our service schedule for Apr 7:

- 9:15 am – 10:00 am: Snack/fellowship time
- 9:15 am – 10:00 am: Time for individual/couples/families to have your picture taken professionally by our church photographers as a gift to you and your family (a private viewing link will be emailed to everyone with the option to download your images free)
- 10:00 am – 11:30 am: Worship/message time
- 11:30 am - 11:40 pm: Short town hall meeting to determine if we want to organize officially as a church and adopt our new name
- 11:40 – 12:30: Additional time for individual/couples/family photographs

- 10:00 am - 10:45 am: Children’s Bible class - Room 202
- 10:00 am - 10:45 am: Pastor’s Class - Constitution Hall
- 10:45 am - 11:00 am: Break
- 11:00 am - 12:15 pm: Worship service
